I don't know if it's just me, but his back left foot looks a bit deformed...? And I'm surprised your mom lets you put him on the kitchen cabinet... my mom would kill me if i did that! haha..

Ya...his feet look wierd..maybe cos of th nails. they are quite long...his quick is very long so cannot cut too short. His weight now is 480g. he finishes his pellets but takes a longer time. He has not been itroduced to my other GP yet as he still has mites

Hey Vanessa,
We were having a discussion bout this other pig the other day.. mites can't be seen by the naked eye right? Cos this other pig seems to have little reddish spots on the tip of the fur..those're not mites are they?

yes, mites can't be seen on the fur...my other GP used to have mites( the common one). Her fur ( white and Brown) has tiny brownish-black spots on it...those are the mites. Red coloured I've never heard of before and at the tip of the fur...better check with a vet. My GPs one is near the skin... Faith's mites can't be seen, only their eggs can be seen ( the white crusty stuff)

Just buy the mites spray for small animals that can be found in pet shops. I spray them and their cage almost everyday and bath them twice a week when they have mites.
