does anyone know wat happens? are they still in operations?
coz me n my fren hv been trying for days to get hold of isabelle but there is always no one to pick up her hp or either dat, its put on mailbox. tried calling kenny the delivery but oso no one picks up.
its quite frustrating...coz left msg oso no one calls back..

Hmmm.. I'm not too sure about this also.. I have been trying to contact isabell about my pet stuff too, but she also haben reply to me yet.. I called her, but was directed to voicemail.. Hmmm...

isabelle posted a reply in the ministry of pets forum... Hi, sorry guys to disappoint you all. I'm Isabelle. I think i must make clear that Pets Arcade is still in business. Sorry for not anwering your calls for the past few days as i was having fever ,very bad flu and sore thoat and was so weak even to answer or make any calls. I'm really sorry for that. I have yet to recover but will be standing by my computer for any emails. I really dun think i can talk for long but if you think you wan to call me to make order do feel free but my voice is not really very nice at the moment.. = p And those who are still willing to give Pets Arcade another chance, pls email to sales@petsarcade.com.sg for orders or comments. hope u get well soon isabelle.
well, thou i understand that u hv been sick but still think its not a gd reason for not getting back to yr customers. if u cannot, yr other business partner shld be able to. i hv met gd suppliers who can even continue their business functions even when they are hospitalised.
as mentioned, we tried calling u n kenny but both no reply...kenny also sick?

well i ought to think we should give them a chance cos everybody makes mistakes. anyway if you've seen isabelle, she's quite young. maybe still need more experience in running a biz.

okie, i am giving them a 2nd chance. juz placed my order thru fax 19/7/04 @10.30am and at the same time sms isabelle. lets see if they are professional enough this time round.
