ok, my suggestion is to get the biggest cage as possible. Even better if you can setup CnC cage, you can get it from IMM. See few reply on top of this reply, few member here using CnC as well. You can ask for their suggestion. I got the cage 2nd hand. Its a very good deal since the cage is less than a month. I bought it 2nd hand for $100. You can get the same cage for les than $200 but for sure is more than $100. Other brand is machioro, same like wheekwheek use one. Trust me, you will eventually put many things inside the cage. So its a no no to have a small cage. Get as big as possible, dont regret later. OK bro? Zoozone for your gerbil is a luxury

I'm not going to try the CnC cage it's so difficult to make and measure and if not properly made it will fall apart. The things used is also difficult to find and expensive somemore.IMM is so far from where i live. Also the hay rack and water bottle may not fit in the holes perfectly as they are more specified for pet shop cages.I rather buy a normal big plastic bottom caged like yours and the rubber mats.more durable and easier to clean also can move it around even with the Gp's in it.

it's not difficult to make.... i recently extended my cage again with 2 whole pieces of coroplast for both levels... i've found a company who sell very LARGE piece of coroplast (250cm by 53cm by 4 mm thickness) which costs about $36- $37 (inclusive of GST & delivery charge) Before now community.webshots.com/album/112124438lsBxwo

It is also very very very very easy to make & cost much lower than the usual big cages. Really value for money. No problems fitting the bottles in & it has never fall apart before

250cm=2.5m. thts HUGE!! i think if i wanna make a play pen, 4 pcs will do liao haha...i bought the big coroplast cos those normal coroplast sold in bookstores are not enuff for my cage... i used to buy two standard sizes sold in bookstores and use glue gun to stick it... but after bout 2 years it fall apart... so i decided to find supplies selling for one really big piece of board and extend e cage again...this way i need not have to use glue gun or tape to put 2 piece of corplast together.. u can try to use glue gun, tape or water proof glue to stick the pieces together but it's not going to be as tough as one whole piece
